THE H4P ORGANIZATION’S INCLUSIVE HEALTH INITIATIVE EXTENDS TO THE ACCRA REHABILITATION CENTRE

“The strength of every nation is measured by how it takes care of its vulnerable. I believe Ghana is a great nation, and to prove this, we must care for the vulnerable by being kind and inclusive toward Persons with Disabilities.” These were the heartfelt words shared by Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman, Founder and CEO, H4P Organization during the H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization’s Celebration of Love project.

 

To mark World Lupus Day 2025 which is also the 10th Anniversary of the World Lupus Federation, a team led by Emma Danso, A.K.A. Sweetness, the Executive Director of Oyemam Autoimmune Foundation, made a presentation to Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman, the Chief Executive Office of H4P Organization and the host of the Helping Hand TV Show, to appreciate him for being supportive of Lupus Awareness Campaign in Ghana and for helping to make lupus visible.

 

THE H4P ORGANIZATION'S PRESTIGIOUS C.H.I.L AWARDS CELEBRATES SUCCESSFUL PERSONS WITH DISABILITY.

For fourteen years, the H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization has been a beacon of hope and empowerment, tirelessly working to bring dignity to disability. The H4P Organization's commitment to dignity and empowerment shines brightly through events and projects like the prestigious C.H.I.L Awards and Dinner Night - an event that honors exceptional Persons with Disability (PWDs) for their remarkable achievement. H4P not only acknowledges their contributions but also inspires a broader societal shift towards greater inclusion and respect for persons with disabilities.

The Prestigious C.H.I.L Awards was established to honor the legacy of Mrs. Christina Anansewa Hackman, the late mother of H4P’s CEO( Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman), for her admirable legacy of helping and supporting the vulnerable especially PWDs. Her unwavering love, care and support for PWDs were the catalyst for birthing several impactful projects and initiatives through the H4P Organization for Ghana's disability community.

 

THE H4P ORGANIZATION’S ABILITY PRAISE CONCERT (APC) 2025 CELEBRATES TALENT AND INCLUSION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY.

The Ability Praise Concert (APC) 2025 was a heartwarming celebration of talent and inclusion, spearheaded by the compassionate Bishop Dr. Charles C. Hackman, founder of the H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization and Lead Pastor of Fire City Chapel. This concert, part of H4P’s mission to honor the dignity of persons with disabilities, provided a unique stage for these individuals to shine through their artistic expressions.

On February 1, 2025, the Fire City Chapel was filled with anticipation and excitement as the 4th Edition of APC unfolded, marking the 14th Anniversary of the H4P Organization. The event was a testament to the belief that ability triumphs over disability. .

 

HERE FOR PERFECTION (H4P) ORGANIZATION CELEBRATES 14TH ANNIVERSARY THANKSGIVING SERVICE IN FIRE CITY CHAPEL.

On January 12, 2025, the Here for Perfection (H4P), an organization dedicated to empowering and advocating for persons with disabilities, celebrated its 14th anniversary Thanksgiving Service at Fire City Chapel to appreciate God for it’s successes. This memorable occasion was a powerful reminder of the incredible strides the H4P Organization had made in improving the lives of individuals with disabilities, offering hope, support and opportunities where there were once limitations.

The service, held in honor of the visionary Founder and CEO, Bishop Dr. Charles Coffie Hackman, was a gathering of love and unity. Community leaders, beneficiaries, clergy, artists, and stakeholders from the Disability Community came together to celebrate H4P's unwavering mission to create an inclusive society. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude and joy as attendees reflected on the organization's profound impact.

 

For more than a decade, the Here for Perfection (H4P) Organization has been at the forefront of creating positive, lasting change for persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Ghana. Through groundbreaking initiatives and strategic partnerships, H4P has significantly enhanced the lives of vulnerable individuals, championing their rights and fostering their dignity.

Founded in 2011 by Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman, the organization remains steadfast in its mission to throwing the spotlight on the abilities of PWDs by bringing dignity to disability.

 

H4P Organization's Celebration of Love Project Uplifts Teshie's Vulnerable

The H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization recently held a remarkable event in Teshie, Ghana, as part of their ongoing "Celebration of Love" project. This initiative, dedicated to supporting Persons with Disability (PWDs), was a heartwarming tribute to the late Mrs. Christina Anansewa Hackman, mother of H4P’s CEO, Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman.

Mrs. Hackman was known for her lifelong dedication to the disability community, and this project aims to honor her legacy by continuing her work.

 

THE H4P ORGANIZATION HOLDS THE PRESTIGIOUS C.H.I.L AWARDS AND DINNER NIGHT - A GATHERING IN HONOUR OF GREATNESS

Mrs. Christina Anansiwa Hackman, the beloved mother of the C.E.O of the Here for Perfection organization (H4P) Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman was an exceptional leader by all standards. Her boundless generosity and compassionate nature illuminated society like a ray of sunshine breaking through the darkness of night, an embodiment of kindness personified.

Mrs. Christina Anansiwa Hackman was the pinnacle of encouragement to the H4P organization , serving as its greatest cheerleader and motivator. She was an impactful leader who made so many contributions to the H4P organization. At her passing, the H4P organization decided to embark on several projects in honour of this incredible leader. Among these initiatives were the refurbishment and adoption of two wards (female ward and maternity wards) at the Manna Mission hospital which were dedicated in her honour.

 

THE H4P ORGANIZATION PROMOTES ABILITY IN DISABILITY THROUGH THE INTER-TERTIARY ABILITY PRAISE CONCERT

The H4P (Here for Perfection) Organisation has once again promoted ability in disability through the Inter-Tertiary Ability Praise Concert (APC).
The annual event which was launched in February, 2022 by the H4P organization, is currently the biggest entertainment platform in Ghana that presents Persons with disability (PWDs) the opportunity to showcase their talents and abilities in the Arts and Entertainment.
This year’s special feature was an Inter-Tertiary Competition, the first of its kind in the country, amongst PWDs from the University of Ghana, University of Cape Coast, University of Education-Winneba, and Kwame Nkrumah university of Science and Technology.

 

CELEBRATING 13 YEARS OF SUCCESSFUL DISABILITY ADVOCACY BY THE H4P ORGANIZATION

In the heart of Ghana, a beacon of hope has been shining for the past 13 years from the Here for Perfection (H4P) Organization. Founded in 2011, this remarkable organization, under the stewardship of Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman, Founder and CEO of the H4P Organization fondly known as the Helping Hand Man, has committed to transforming the lives of persons with disabilities as well as bringing dignity to disability.
The core belief of H4P Organization lies in the African Dream – a vision where Africans, irrespective of abilities or disabilities, actively contribute to the development of the continent. Rejecting the notion of difference between able-bodied individuals and persons with disabilities, the organization champions the dignity and resourcefulness inherent in all human beings.

 

THE H4P ORGANIZATION COMMEMORATES 1ST ANNIVERSARY OF 'WITH GOD CEREBRAL PALSY CENTER', WINNEBA WITH FREE PHYSIOTHERAPY, HEARING ASSESSMENT AND DONATION.

In spite of the advancement in civilization and technology, the stigmatization as a result of erroneous perceptions about Persons with Disability are still very prevalent and widespread in our society.

Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman, CEO of the H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization, a Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations, has a vision to promote the fundamental human rights and privileges of persons with disability thereby bringing dignity to disability.
He has for over twelve years relentlessly fought against discrimination of Persons with Disability. His ardent believe in ability in spite of disability has embarked on several projects and activities aimed at throwing the spotlight on the abilities of persons with disability.

 

 

BISHOP DR CHARLES COFIE HACKMAN RECEIVES GLOBAL WELL RESPECTED CEO AWARDS IN SINGAPORE

Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman, one of the undeniable true pioneers who stands out in this generation, has once again been honoured for his hard work and dedication to bettering the lives of persons with disability (PWDs) and the world at large.
Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman at Global Well Respected CEOs Awards and Conference which took place on the 27th of October, 2023 in the plush Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore, was honoured with two awards - Home Care Products Manufacturing, as well as a distinguished award for his exceptional contributions to disability advocacy. The awards scheme under the theme, “Promoting Global Corporate Competitiveness for Attaining the SDGS” is designed to identify and publicly recognise the corporate /institutional CEOs from all around the world.

 

H4P OFFERS FREE HEALTH SCREENING FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN AND CAREGIVERS

As part of activities put in place in remembrance of its patron, Mrs. Christina Anansiwa Hackman, the H4P Organization, under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman, has organised a free medical screening at the Tetteh-Ocloo State School for the Deaf at Adjei-Kojo in the Tema West Municipality.
The free screening was organised The in collaboration with Kingdom Legacy Institute, a subsidiary of Charles Hackman Ministries, Acts of Africa, Manna Mission Hospital, Fire City Chapel and DV Unlimited Company Limited.

The participants benefited from health screening activities ranging from general consultation to dental, ear, nose, and throat consultation, eye examination, and malaria testing, with the inclusion of various health metrics like temperature, weight, height, and blood pressure checks.

 

 
 
 

CHRISTINA HACKMAN IMPACT LEADERSHIP AWARDS LAUNCHED DURING H4P’S ABILITY PRAISE CONCERT 2023

The ‘Ability Praise Concert’ (APC) 2023 will certainly be remembered as one of the most memorable and impactful entertainment events in Ghana for Persons with Disability. The concert, a brain-child initiative of the H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization was organised in partnership with Fire City Chapel as part of celebrations to mark its 12th Anniversary.
The Ability Praise Concert, like other H4P projects and initiatives, seeks to dignify disability and project the abilities of persons with disability. It is a platform that throws the spotlight on the amazing talents and abilities of Persons with Disability (PWDs) in the Arts and Entertainment Industry.

 

 
 

H4P ORGANIZATION COMMISSIONS TWO FEMALE WARDS AT MANNA MISSION HOSPITAL

As part of H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization's Community Project, CEO Bishop Dr. Charles Hackman has adopted two female wards at Manna Mission Hospital in Teshie-Accra, in honour of the memory of his late mother, Mrs Christina Anansiwa Hackman, the patron of the H4P Organization.
The hospital wards were renovated and some items were donated to the hospital by Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman at a cost of GH¢103,000.00. The two female wards, which are named CHRISTINA HACKMAN WARDS, will serve as one of the living testaments of the legacy of Mrs Christina Anansiwa Hackman in addition to the recently launched C.H.I.L. Awards.
